i stayed in a room with bosphorus views. it was awesome to watch the ships every day. the staff helped sort out my airport transfer, they are super helpful. breakfast was a highlight and had a good mix of food.
the cleaning was not good. i had to ask for the reception otherwise they don't clean the room. toilet paper and towels i had to ask at the reception after cleaning the room. the furniture cleaning was bad.

The location was convenient. It was close to Taksim Square. The staff were friendly, particularly Hilal and GĂĽlsade. They provided helpful assistance .
The spa experience was disappointing. The treatment time was shorter than advertised. Early morning noise from the restaurant disrupted my sleep. Staff dragged furniture.

I appreciated the hotel's modern design. The breakfast included many choices. The staff are attentive. I enjoyed the Bosphorus view from both the room and breakfast area. The spa was spacious and clean.
The location is very central, SO it can get noisy at night with police and ambulance sirens.

The hotel stands in the heart of Taksim. It is a short walk from Taksim Square. There are many good restaurants and pharmacies in the area. Istiklal Street is easy to reach from here.
